Sem Enterprise Key Account Manager
We are now looking for a Key Account Manager (KAM) Enterprise who will push Ericsson private network solutions directly to enterprises and will work with the CSP accounts to support and develop their enterprise business in private networks!
Through critical thinking, business development and management of our resources you will enable a profitable business for Ericsson.
This role depends upon a deep understanding of our customers' business, operations and objectives.
In this role, you will be responsible for consolidated customer contribution and cash-flow, including working capital.
You will need to act with confident authority and that takes accountability to develop the business relationships while actively contributing to making customers successful.

What you will do**:
- Responsible for Ericsson's Enterprise offering within CU South Eastern Mediterranean (SEM) and Sales towards all SEM customers and Countries.
- Secure short and long-term profitable business for Ericsson through strong and proactive business development based on a fundamental know-how of the Enterprise market in multiple verticals.
- Actively drive and close sales with enterprises along with Customer Unit and Communication Service Provider (CSP) representatives
- Prime industry engagements to generate "pull effect" from enterprises for Ericsson and CSPs
- Improve customer relationship and build trusted internal and external network
- Ensure quality and profitability in delivery execution
- Lead and develop an outstanding, result oriented sales teams

You will bring**:
- Extensive experience of relationship sales and within the ICT industry.
Proven experience in leadership positions
- Experience in Enterprise sales engagements
- Extensive Experience in Enterprise/B2B sales for ICT solutions including HW, SW and Services and Solid track record in sales leadership positions
- Extensive Experience in Channel management / B2B sales
- Consistent track record of successful solution selling in the industrial sector such as Manufacturing, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Energy, Mining, Transportation etc.
- Experience in creating new routes to market through partnerships, joint-ventures, new startups, while delivering profitable growth
- Experience from Mobile Networks Sales
- Strategic view - quickly identifies patterns among problems and issues; able to identify alternatives, develop solutions and make proposals
- Sales hunter and business development mentality
- Strong entrepreneurial & commercial thinking - open to new ideas, accepts challenges and leads with optimism
- Results driven - excellent planning and execution skills
- Ability to navigate through complexity and ambiguity
- You will be a person that excels at problem solving and critical thinking
- We are a distributed team and cultural awareness is key
- Leadership and change management skills
- Your ability to enable teamwork and collaboration will be needed
- Financial competence as well as Innovative and creative thinking
