Senior Account Manager – Categorie Protette (L. 68/99)
The Role As a Senior Account Manager at Deliveroo, you will manage and grow relationships with our most important restaurant partners.
The AM is focused on the relationship with the network on the Italian market, working with other internal departments to offer the best consultancy service to our top brands.
This role is based in Milan and will report to the Account Lead.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with restaurant partners.
Understand partners' business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
Manipulate and analyze data to drive growth and profitability.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customized solutions to meet partners' needs.
Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities.
Act as the main point of contact for partners, addressing any issues or concerns professionally.
Requirements At least 3 years of experience in account management and/or consulting.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand and articulate complex business challenges and develop tailored solutions.
Must be fluent in Italian and English.
Master's Degree in Economy.
