Concentrix is seeking an experienced
Senior Account Manager with
a robust background in the technology sector, preferably from a tech company with experience in business process outsourcing. The ideal candidate will excel in managing client relationships, driving business growth, and ensuring client success.
This role demands a strong acumen in sales, particularly in emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities:Client Management:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and success. Sales & Business Growth:
Drive sales efforts to achieve business growth targets, focusing on selling technology solutions like Generative AI and innovation services. Strategic Planning:
Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement strategic plans for account growth and client retention. BPO Expertise:
Leverage your experience in BPO to offer tailored solutions and insights for client needs.
Qualifications:Proven experience in a Senior role and Account Management, with a focus on innovation and technology. Strong technical background, ideally with a degree in a related field (e. g. , Engineering, Computer Science, Business Technology). Experience within Consultancy and/or High-Tech companies preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage effectively with C-level prospects and clients. Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. Strategic thinking with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. Familiarity with the Italian market and its business culture is preferred. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Demonstrated track record of successful client management and sales achievements. Business English will be a must
