Responsibilities: You will be responsible for managing and developing our Key Accounts, crafting advanced strategies and establishing long-term strategic relationships with our clients.
This role requires proactive management of the client portfolio, essential for sustaining company growth and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Account Management Responsibilities: Demonstrate leadership in managing and developing strategic accounts, maximizing their value and ensuring long-term satisfaction.
Establish long-term strategic relationships by understanding their needs and challenges, defining appropriate growth plans.
Enhance DiliTrust's image within the account.
Develop detailed Account Plans, including specific goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Deepen account knowledge and map key stakeholders.
Possess a global understanding of accounts and contribute to defining a coherent and growth-friendly business policy.
Product Knowledge and Sales: Master the features, benefits, and added value of the DiliTrust suite.
Utilize this knowledge to develop concrete use cases demonstrating product value or solving customer problems.
Collaborate closely with other business departments, such as Technical Support and Product Development, to meet key customer needs.
Follow the sales cycle and ensure a smooth and clear process towards the client.
Ensure commercial performance of the portfolio: achieve up-sell and cross-sell targets, identifying growth opportunities within Key Accounts.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Use data and analysis to proactively manage the relationship and guide account strategy.
Monitor account performance to drive and anticipate corrective actions and optimizations.
Skills: Customer Service and Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts and issues professionally and effectively.
Exhibit good analytical spirit to identify needs or frustrations.
Demonstrate determination in defending the company's interests.
Anticipate risks and understand underlying dynamics to maintain healthy client relationships.
Respond quickly and effectively to customer requests to ensure satisfaction.
Possess negotiation skills.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Maintain clear and concise communication with clients and internal teams.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure delivery of appropriate solutions and customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Time Management: Effectively manage time to achieve sales objectives and respond to client needs.
Prioritize activities to maximize effectiveness.
Experience: Solid experience as an Account Manager, preferably with previous experience as a Key Account Manager.
Deep knowledge of SaaS software, ideally in the Legal Tech sector.
Experience in complex sales.
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data for strategic decision-making.
Knowledge of project management.
Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet sales targets.
