General Summary: Qualcomm is recruiting a Senior Account Manager for the Industrial and IoT account team in EMEA.
This position offers a unique opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join as the business is taking off, allowing for responsibility over several accounts with a focus on Industrial IoT.
Responsibilities include overseeing logistics and supply chains for major business growth, engaging in legal and business frameworks, and developing a broad understanding of Qualcomm's portfolio for Industrial IoT technologies.
The position will take full commercial responsibility for a major German industrial account.

Tasks: Identification of business opportunities within focused segments in Industrial IoT Develop and secure a sustainable network at customer level to gain early visibility of new business opportunities Support RFQ and design-in processes for new projects, conduct price negotiations, and drive commercial agreements Project set-up and commercial project follow-up, including the establishment of legal frameworks and support contracts Provide commercial support to engineering for tools, engineering services, and management governance Provide commercial and logistic support for tools, samples, and production ramp-ups Manage the complete forecasting process for the business scope you are responsible for Manage engineering service billing and invoicing processes Support commercial and strategic planning Manage account governance at all management levels Establish sales activities and pursue sales goals to maximize business for targeted RFFE products Act as the first point of contact and trusted partner for customer inquiries Process all relevant regional and international sales topics within the BU and with customers Build customer relationships at all relevant functional and personnel levels to identify market developments and competitive situations Observe customer trends in application, technical, quantitative, and monetary development Conduct regular customer visits or online conferences for design/technical advice, approvals, negotiations, and logistics management Profile: Bachelor/Master degree in Electrical Engineering or similar A minimum of 7-15 years of experience in semiconductor sales, account management, or business development Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills in English and preferably German Ability to explain complex technical content convincingly to business partners Ability to work autonomously, setting appropriate priorities for Qualcomm and its customers Strong internal drive within Qualcomm Business Units Ability to interface and engage at all customer levels Background in legal and finance sales processes High degree of flexibility, autonomy, motivation, customer focus, and networking ability Good communication and management skills across virtual team meetings; willingness to travel frequently as needed We offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Collaborative and inclusive work culture Career development and growth opportunities Employee share program Company bike, job ticket Mentoring program for onboarding and further education Employee stock purchase program (15% discount on Qualcomm stock purchase) You will be part of a highly motivated and experienced team working together from various locations worldwide.
