The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and customer billing.

They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset, showing relational and communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and external partners.

Responsibilities Independently manage daily accounting tasks, including invoice registration, payment management, and reconciliation of bank transactions.

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, supporting management in business decisions.

Oversee general accounting, customer, and supplier accounts, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in operations.

Handle the preparation of tax filings and interact with external entities (Revenue Agency, tax consultants, etc. ).

Monitor company costs and revenues, with particular attention to travel-related and international transactions.

Support the team during audits and internal checks.

Collaborate with colleagues in all departments, contributing to build transparent and results-oriented management.

Qualifications 5+ years' of professional accounting experience Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience Strong knowledge of Italian and international tax regulations.

Advanced knowledge of accounting software (e. g. , TeamSystem, SAP, or similar).

Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.

Accuracy, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
