Dolce&Gabbana is seeking a skilledSenior Accountantto join itsBeauty Divisionin Milan reporting to the Accounting Manager. Main responsibilitiesSupport business functions, from procurement to paymentMonthly GL reconciliationsGL book-keepingCash & treasury reconciliationFixed assets managementCollaborate, develop & maintain relationships with external consultants and auditorsPerform monthly Intercompany balance and reconciliationDay to day with controlling teamAnalyze financial information to support the Accounting managerFollow all administrative/ operative day by day activitiesPerform monthly Financial Statements Closing, Balance sheet and PnL and support for the preparation of the Annual financial Statements (Italy and French Legal Entities) including planning and executionEnsure completeness and accuracy of the financial statements at consolidated levelProvide advice across VAT, LIPE, Annual tax Declaration , Intrastat and taxation matters (Import/Export)Accurate and timely completion of compliance tasks required by internal control / local statutory requirementsOversees Financial Control environment, Processes and systemsPerform analysis, determining appropriate transfer pricing/valuation methodology, and building and reviewing financial modelsSupporting new techonology roll – outs to speed up Finance Project (Power BI, AI)RequirementsEducational Background in Accounting; 7+ years of financial accounting experience, Multinational Companies preferred; Fluent business English;Ability to pull out key takeaways for senior management and highlight potential issuesExcellent relationship skills and ability to demonstrate reliability, flexibility, initiative; Accurate and precise;Organizational skills; Knowledge of ITA Gaap and IFRSExperience with SAP accounting software is mandatory / Piteco experience optionalAdvanced Excel skills
