Dolce&Gabbana is seeking a skilled Senior Accountant to join its Beauty Division in Milan reporting to the Accounting Manager.

Main responsibilities Support business functions, from procurement to payment Monthly GL reconciliations GL book-keeping Cash & treasury reconciliation Fixed assets management Collaborate, develop & maintain relationships with external consultants and auditors Perform monthly Intercompany balance and reconciliation Day to day with controlling team Analyze financial information to support the Accounting manager Follow all administrative/ operative day by day activities Perform monthly Financial Statements Closing, Balance sheet and Pn L and support for the preparation of the Annual financial Statements (Italy and French Legal Entities) including planning and execution Ensure completeness and accuracy of the financial statements at consolidated level Provide advice across VAT , LIPE, Annual tax Declaration , Intrastat and taxation matters (Import/Export) Accurate and timely completion of compliance tasks required by internal control / local statutory requirements Oversees Financial Control environment, Processes and systems Perform analysis, determining appropriate transfer pricing/valuation methodology, and building and reviewing financial models Supporting new techonology roll – outs to speed up Finance Project (Power BI, AI) Requirements Educational Background in Accounting; 7+ years of financial accounting experience, Multinational Companies preferred; Fluent business English; Ability to pull out key takeaways for senior management and highlight potential issues Excellent relationship skills and ability to demonstrate reliability, flexibility, initiative; Accurate and precise; Organizational skills; Knowledge of ITA Gaap and IFRS Experience with SAP accounting software is mandatory / Piteco experience optional Advanced Excel skills
