Our esteemed Client is a leading glass packaging manufacturer with plants and branches all across Europe.

Meet and visit the clients in the assigned territory (Italy);

Ensures that the highest level of service is consistently provided to Customers;

Ensures that relationships with Customers are maintained and developed;

Guarantee that all claims from the customers are answered, have the right treatment and give feedback about the corrective and preventive actions;

Work on that claims with the better approach to improve the quality and anticipate the problems;

Support Customers on new projects, new product design and new homologations;

Cross functional with Procurement, Quality, Finance and Operations up to functional head level - to champion the customer needs through influencingand making decisions regarding customer sales and delivery;

Visit Company's plants and European headquarter when needed.

**Requirements**:

University degree in Management Engineering or equivalent education;

Exhaustive experience in a similar role as described above;

Cross functional experience in Customer Service, Sales and Product Management;

Exhaustive experience in dealing day by day with the Customers, supporting them on technical issues;

Loyal identification with the employing Company;

Ability to work independently, as well as in close cooperation with a small team;

Willing to travel across Italy (and sometimes Europe);

Clean Driver License;

Nice to have:

Habit to work in an Industrial environment;

Nice to have:

fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese;

Nice to have:

previous experience in the Glass sector.
