We are looking for a Senior Agile Project Manager to join our team.

What We Would Like You To Take Care Of Initiate, plan, and execute digital marketing and technology projects.

Establish project goals and objectives.

Coordinate with creative, digital, and commercial teams to develop and implement marketing strategies.

Manage project budgets and timelines.

Monitor project performance using appropriate metrics, tools, and techniques.

Conduct all Agile sprint ceremonies of the P&E department ensuring they are in line with business goals.

Conduct workshops and training sessions on Agile methodologies.

Design Agile ceremonies for other departments outside of P&E to promote a collaborative work environment.

Keep all stakeholders informed about project progress, deadlines, and potential issues.

Create and improve regular events such as Hackathons and Department Health checks aligned with P&C and Employer Branding strategies.

Communicate with clients to understand their marketing needs and objectives.

Organize and manage resources, including personnel allocation, equipment, and budgets for specific projects.

Write reports on project results and make recommendations for future projects.

Stay updated on market trends and competitors' activities.

What We Wish You'd Bring With At least 5 years of experience in project management roles within digital media, marketing, or analytics sectors.

Experience in delivering digital media, technology, and analytics projects in an agency environment.

Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.

Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and external clients.

Passion for improving processes and technology within the organization.
