The senior analyst should support the activities developed by the M&A Advisory and Debt Advisory team and should directly participate in the whole process and in the executive stages of the projects in which he/she is involved.

The main activities are:

Balance sheet analysis and reclassification Market screening Industry analysis Data research and analysis Target list preparation Preparation of teaser, info-memo, etc.

The resource should work autonomously to prepare industrial plans and corporate evaluations.

He/She supports the senior partners in managing relationships with clients and counterparts.

The senior analyst should also deal with marketing activities and new client research.

The ideal candidate is a graduate in Economics (finance or management) with at least 103/110 and has 2-3 years of work experience in merchant banks, M&A boutiques, private equity funds, or transaction services in Big 4.

Basic Competences: IT Competences: Windows, Excel, PowerPoint Languages: Fluent English (both written and spoken) Economic culture and knowledge of our studies and activities (edited on the website) Selection: The candidate should send the CV, a cover letter, and a clean passport-type photo.
