Senior Analyst
CRIF Ratingshas been authorized by the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) in December 2011 to assign credit ratings to non-financial corporates within the European Union.
The agency is a recognized External Credit Assessment Institution ("ECAI") in accordance with Article 135(2) of the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR), having obtained the individual mapping tables by the Joint Committee of European Supervisory Authorities (EBA, ESMA and EIOPA) in November 2014.

TheRating Department, currently composed of c. 50 analysts based in Italy and Slovenia, covers the European bank and debt capital market, providing credit ratings on non-financial institutions and ancillary services to support financial institutions, investors and corporations in the assessment, primarily, of the creditworthiness of SMEs and large corporates. Established in 1988 in Bologna (Italy), CRIF has an international presence, operating in four continents (Europe, America, Africa and Asia), with more than 6, 400 employees. RATING SPECIALIST - CORPORATEACTIVITY:Working within the Rating Department, the successful candidate will act as lead analyst on a portfolio of ratings (existing or to be issued) on non-financial corporations, presenting and discussing his/her recommendation to the rating committee.
He will also take part as a voting member to the rating committees; The candidatewill be involved in the supervision of the delivery of ancillary services to corporations, banks, investors and other financial institutions; He/She will beresponsible for writing market comments and presenting CRIF Ratings' opinions in an incisive manner to external parties; The candidateis expected to keep fully up-to-date with market/industry developments and to proactively manage the rating process of issuers in his/her portfolio to provide timely and insightful opinions to investors; The successfulcandidate will report into the Head of Rating Department.
The position is located in Bologna, but can involve travelling in Italy or abroad upon analytical requirements.
[DT1]SKILLS:Strong financial and credit analysis skills, including forward-looking cash flow modelling and accounting, preferably from a credit, fixed income or rating background; Previous workexperience of at least 3/5 years in the credit industry on corporate counterparties in a rating agency, corporate/investment bank or advisory firm; Team player and result oriented professional, with ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment managing multiple tasks within tight deadlines; Fluent writtenand verbal communications skills in Italian and English.
Knowledge of Spanish, German, French and/or other European languages is a plus. DESIRABLE:Professional qualifications (e. G.
CFA).
