The roleSenior Analyst - Transactions and Operations TeamThe candidate shall support thePerformance Management Team's Senior Managerin all aspects of activity including portfolio analysis, management, reporting and administration. Key Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities Support in the preparation of internal and external reports and be a key point of contact with the Clients (Institutional Investor – Private Equity) in this regard; Oversee and responsibility for the timely delivery of accurate and robust MI as required by our clients (to include daily, ad-hoc, weekly and monthly reporting); Ensure all portfolio performances and KPIs are kept up to date and accurate; Assist in the preparation of performance PowerPoint presentations, with special focus on results and future recovery strategy; Manage day-to-day accounting by overseeing the activity of operations administrators, including accounts payable, accounts receivable; Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports; Support the Loan Management team in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities with special focus on portfolio metrics; Support our Business Development Team in analyzing new portfolios for assessment or onboarding; Demonstrate ability to instruct and work with colleague who will deliver tasks for overall reporting needs. Experience & Personal Attributes The position holder must possess the following key attributes: University Master degree in Banking, Economics/Finance or Management engineering;>3 year of relevant professional experience in Banking, NPL/UTP Special/ Master Servicer or Real Estate Asset Management considered as a strong advantage; Strong financial analytical skills with the ability to understand audited financial accounts, management accounts and financial forecasts; Experience of working in a client facing role; Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment; Proficiency in Italian (C2 CEFR) and fluency in English (B2/C1 CEFR); Proficiency in the use of Microsoft packages (with key focus on Excel) with the ability to learn quickly other relevant systems; Strong analytical/logical skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines on multiple projects; Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive attitude.
