The purpose of this role is to implement and execute Analytics and CRO initiatives, in line with the agreed strategy, to maintain, develop and exceed client performance targets.

Key responsibilities: Guiding clients through digital transformation processes with empathy and understanding of their needs.

Creating presentations and data-based reports for clients and/or internal teams.

Conducting ad-hoc analyses (campaign flights, channel performance, funnel analysis, etc. ).

Generating reports in Looker Studio.

Managing the Google Analytics console and implementing tracking via tag manager.

Defining measurement strategy and monitoring KPIs in accordance with the client.

Collaborating with company teams to understand client needs.

Coordinating and supervising projects related to Digital Analytics, involving all stakeholders.

Qualifications: Experience of at least 2/3 years in setting up tracking systems and reporting for medium to large clients on Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics platform.

Degree in Technical-Computer Science, Engineering, Internet Sciences, Statistics, Marketing, Mathematics or Physical sciences.

Excellent knowledge of Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics.

Good knowledge of Google Tag Manager and/or Adobe Launch.

Knowledge and use of A/B testing and other testing methodologies (Adobe Target, Contentsquare or others).

Excellent skills in using Google Presentation (or Powerpoint) and Google Sheet (or Excel).

Basic knowledge of Web Marketing, SEO, and SEM.

Excellent knowledge of the Italian language.

Good knowledge of the English language.
