Keywords Studios, a leading provider of international media localization, translation, voice recording, and content creation services, is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist to join the Finance Shared Services Center in Milan.

This role will support high-level AP functions, ensure compliance with internal controls, and manage a team of two, driving efficiency and accuracy in payment processes. As a Senior Accounts Payable Specialist at Keywords Studios, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our global finance function.

Based in our Shared Services Center in Milan, you will oversee a team of AP specialists, driving process improvements and maintaining accurate financial records. Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Support: Support the Team Supervisor with mentoring other more junior AP Specialists, fostering a positive work environment. Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to streamline AP operations and enhance efficiency. Financial Control: Ensure compliance with SOX, internal controls, and company policies, mitigating risks and safeguarding company assets. Vendor Management: Build strong relationships with vendors, resolve payment discrepancies, and negotiate favorable terms. Reporting and Analysis: Prepare accurate and timely AP Reports, including aging, analysis, payment forecasts, and other key metrics. System Utilization: Leverage ERP Systems and other tools to automate tasks and improve data accuracy. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including procurement, tax, and treasury to ensure seamless operations. RequirementsTechnical Skills:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field. 5 to 7 years of experience in accounts payable. Experience with Power BI, AI tools, and process automation will be considered an asset. Strong understanding of AP principles, internal controls, and financial reporting standards. Proficiency in ERP Systems, Netsuite desirable, and advanced MS Excel skills. Fluency in English and Italian.
