In GroupM Entertainment, we are looking for a Senior Art Director to join our creative team, someone with great taste and excellent technical skills.

A figure able to create digital and social campaigns under our Creative Director's supervision, but above all, fantastic pieces of creativity (regardless of the chosen medium).

Someone used to working side by side with their copywriter and, in broader contexts, teaming up with Influencers Marketing Managers, Branded Content Specialists, Content Strategists, and Media Planners.

We believe that an Art Director is not just a Photoshop Master.

They must have the below skills to make us say, "cool, this is the person we are looking for. "

RequirementsYou love excellent execution, but you love great ideas even more. All the main programs of the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, InDesign) have no secrets for you. You understand that "mobile content" means video, so you can contribute regarding motion graphics (even if you are not a Motion Designer). You have undeniable taste. You are what our HR Managers call "a problem solver. " This means being able to find the most effective and sometimes quick solution to solve a problem.

Not every brief needs a Sistine Chapel. You must be a team player and a nice person (like us). If the above fits you and you have worked as an Art Director for at least 4 years in a Creative Agency, please raise your hand.

Location: WPP Campus in Milan (plus the option for hybrid working).
