We're searching for a highly-skilled Senior Associate to contribute to GKSD Team's growth and help us maintain our position as an innovative authority (supported by the network of Gruppo San Donato) and the expertise that has been built in Italy.

The ideal candidate will have wide industry experience as well as strong work plan development.

He/She will be expected to prepare and present project progress updates on a regular basis, ensuring the innovation we seek is being achieved and being able to communicate effectively in an International environment.

The resource will support the PMO in overseeing and direct the implementation of both starting or undertaken project in the field of healthcare and other industries (Engineering & Construction, Energy, Waste Management, Procurement, Advisory and Private Equity) of interest for GKSD Group , providing consultancy service to GKSD Companies ( Governments and third parties.

Additionally, the resource plays a role in supporting the PMO in the identification and suggestion of potential opportunities in context of an identified project.

Finally, the resource shall support the PMO in overseeing the formulation of execution plans, policies and procedures to ensure successful implementation.

The resource shall support the PMO also in strengthening internal capabilities and talent, oversee and maintain effective relationships ensuring alignment of operations with the PMO Group's objectives.

Objectives of this Role Manage assigned projects through deployment, respecting schedules, scopes, budgets , and project implementation plans, including risk mitigation Support the PMO in coordinating internal and external resources , ensuring project efficiency while remaining within scope, schedule, and budgets and maximize deliverable outputs Support in building and developing the project team to ensure performance, providing direction Monitor project progress and, when necessary, propose review of scope, timelines, and costs to ensure that project team adheres to project requirements Maintain processes to manage scope over the project lifecycle, ensuring project quality and performance standards as well as assessing and managing risk within, and across, multiple projects Report project outcomes and/or risks to the PMO escalating issues as necessary based on project work plans Skills and Qualifications 4 to 6 years experience in capital-intensive industrial projects work experience with leading consultancy firms (preferably Big4) Preferred Qualifications: BSc/MSc in Engineering (Managerial, Civil, Mechanic, etc.
