ResponsibilitiesConduct web scraping to collect and structure data from various websites. Integrate and manage external APIs to streamline data exchange. Develop robust backend solutions using Python to support internal systems and workflows. Machine Learning Engineering:Contribute to the development of machine learning models, particularly for Natural Language Processing (NLP) applications such as chatbots and RAG (retrieval-augmented generation) systems. Collaborate on optimizing the performance of LLM models to meet the companys specific needs. Team Management:Lead technical team members when necessary, delegating tasks as required by project needs. Desired but not Essential:Familiarity with Airtable for managing internal databases. Required QualificationsExperience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role. Experience in project management and the ability to lead technical teams. High autonomy and problem-solving skills. Technical Skills: Proven experience in web scraping and API management. Expertise in Python for backend development. Strong knowledge of machine learning, particularly in LLMs and RAG systems.
