Job Description:The Opportunity For our team based in Brugherio (MB) we are looking for a Senior Benefits & Compensation Specialist (full time – 12 months fixed term contract).

You will lead, proactively drive, and deliver on assigned compensation processes (e. g. , compensation planning, job evaluation, as well as benefits processes including all necessary aspects of the process).

Your Impact Reporting to the Director Total Reward QI, in this role main responsibilities will include:

Working as part of the international TR team being responsible for the administration, design, and implementation of TR programs for QVC Italy.

Providing daily TR support to internal clients, including conducting job evaluations, job pricing and recommendations, and sharing insights impacting the TR with departments on organizational structural changes.

Developing new concepts and creating business cases for Senior Management to align with market practices.

Working in close connection with Finance dept and act as a point of reference for all the TR Related topics.

Responsible for ensuring wellbeing focus is embedded in the benefits offered for the market.

Developing and implementing market benefits as needed.

Proactively managing and maintaining relationships with the corresponding vendors.

Recommending annual merit increase plan and salary structure movement.

Leading market annual compensation process for the administration of annual increases, bonuses, and long-term Incentives.

Supporting expatriates' management.

Supporting or leading ad hoc TR projects.

What You Bring To be successful in this role you should be the subject matter expert for all Total Rewards (TR) topics:

Proven Total Rewards experience, preferably in retail or media industries.

Experience working as a standalone expert in the Italian market partnering with all levels of stakeholders, including the executive level (global exposure as a nice to have).

Experience in supporting the review and design of total reward programs, including external analysis, creating business cases, and stakeholder management.

Knowledge of Willis Towers Watson and Mercer job evaluation methodology would be beneficial.

Experience leading key compensation processes, including annual compensation review cycle, annual salary survey submission and bonus and LTI administration.

Experience leading key benefits processes, including benefits implementation, annual reviews, and closedowns (including internal stakeholder management).

Good understanding of Italy's regulatory and compliance-related topics.

Experience in budget management and cost calculation.

Experience working with an HRIS, knowledge of Workday.

Excellent oral and written communication skills in English , with the ability to translate technical content for the team member.

PC skills are required along with advanced working knowledge of Excel (incl.

pivot tables, databases, formulas), PowerPoint, and Word.

Soft Skills Possess high level of accuracy and attention to detail; Have strong math and analytical skills and be an effective problem-solver; Curated Experiences.
