In a few words We are simply looking for the best Senior Brand Manager out there Your Challenges: Brand Development: Lead the planning and execution of vivo's brand strategy in Italy, covering areas such as marketing, digital, PR, and content to enhance the brand's image and market presence. Strategic Planning: Create annual marketing plans, set communication strategies, and allocate budgets based on global strategies and local market insights. Project Management: Oversee marketing activities for product launches and campaigns, ensuring effective communication of brand values and collaboration with internal and external teams. Market Insights: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to inform strategies and drive innovation in local brand promotion. Your profile includes: Italian nationality with deep familiarity with local culture and market dynamics. Extensive experience in mobile brand management, with at least 15 years in senior brand management positions. Expertise in IMC, digital marketing, and PR, with proven success in case analysis. Strong local media resources and a well-established network in Italy to enhance brand influence effectively. Exceptional strategic thinking and execution capabilities to independently develop and oversee the implementation of brand strategies. Hands-on experience in resource-constrained environments, capable of excelling with limited team size and resources. High sensitivity to market trends, with strong data analysis and decision-making abilities. Outstanding team leadership and cross-departmental collaboration skills to inspire excellence within the team. Proficiency in Italian and English communication.
