Main activities Manage the brand portfolio with a focus on profitability and rotation.

Analyze the competitive landscape and market trends to support business growth decisions.

Develop long-term innovation plans:

Design the future portfolio and manage a fast-paced innovation pipeline.

Define business cases to support innovation projects.

Define products with a specific focus on recipes, claims, and formats.

Set prices, including list definitions and recommended retail prices per channel/country.

Develop packaging.

Design and implement a marketing plan that supports global brand growth.

Manage and monitor the marketing budget.

Execute branding and category projects in collaboration with other team members.

Requirements 8+ years of experience in a similar role.

Excellent knowledge of English.

Proficiency in the Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Willingness to work in an international and dynamic environment.
