The challenge Are you a European Brand Marketing professional with experience across 360° Marcomms, Ecommerce and Go to Market activation?
If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a new Senior Brand Manager to lead activities for our Kitchen and Small Domestic Appliance business across our European markets.
In order to support the growth of the KSDA business, you'll play a major part in the development of our brand strategy & deployment across Europe.
What you will do You'll be responsible for developing brand strategies, promoting brand growth and expansion and implementing brand plans.
The position requires a full understanding of the digital landscape (Digital Marketing, Ecommerce, DTC) utilising insights, analysis, a test and learn approach and ROI Modelling.
Main Activities: Define key brand values and overall brand positioning, in line with consumer targetsOversee the 360° consumer purchase experience, from digital to in-store, including promotional activities and post-sales activities – NPSDevelop a consistent and coherent approach in all customer touchpointsDevelop an annual activation roadmap and marketing introduction process and plansActivate new product value propositions and ensure daily collaboration with the product line to define product naming & architecture, messaging, user experience and wider consumer engagement plansBe responsible for the execution of the Go-to-Market activation strategy and execution in alignment with the country trade organization and Go-to-Market TeamDrive customer acquisition, retention and growth through digital marketing, CRM and a seamless customer experience onlineDevelop customer understanding through customer data, contributing to the overall analysis of the consumer path to purchaseManage and challenge the performance of external agencies and any supporting functions internallyBe accountable for brand assets (reducing any duplication cross-country), investment ROI and business plan follow-up with local teamsLead the development of creative concepts and develop brand communication campaigns in line with country needs and requirementsMonitor market trends and competitor activityEstablish and maintain brand budgetsReport to the Head of KSDA Europe and European Brand Director and work in strict collaboration with the SDA Product Line and MarketsWhat you need to succeed Requirement European brand management experience gained within FMCG, Consumer Durables, Consumer Electronics, Domestic AppliancesProven experience in creating and driving successful 360° marcom activation plansExperience in a D2C online business (CRM, digital conversion media, analytical skills)Demonstrable ability to deliver results on strategic, tactical and operational levelsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent presentation skillsPro-active problem solver with the ability to assess a challenge and develop action steps for resolutionSkilled in cross-functional working environmentsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Ecommerce, Digital Marketing or a related fieldFluent in EnglishHaier Europe is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
