Main ResponsibilitiesBusiness & Financial AcumenSupport the Business Unit Manager in Brand Financial processes:Budget allocation and monitoringMonthly performance analysisBrand S&OP preparation1-year Financial Plan & Long-Range Plan. Analysis to InsightsResponsible for:Market & Brand Analysis and Market ResearchTrends monitoring and Market/Competitive/Customers actionable insights collection. Customer StrategyLead the development of the Brand & Functional Plan, coordinating the inputs of all Brand/In-Field Team members, in alignment with the Brand strategic framework defined under the supervision of the Business Unit Manager. Marketing Mix OptimizationEnsure & coordinate the implementation of all activities related to the Functional PlanProvide an innovative and patient-centric mindset and a multi-stakeholders approach to meet strategic Brand objectives.
