Senior Brand Manager Gastroenterology
Job Description Scope Lead and define the Brand Strategy, coordinating the Marketing Team, according to global and local processes and procedures.
Main Responsibilities Business & Financial Acumen Support the Business Unit Manager in Brand Financial processes: • Budget allocation and monitoring • Monthly performance analysis • Brand S&OP preparation • 1-year Financial Plan & Long-Range Plan.
Analysis to Insights Responsible for: • Market & Brand Analysis and Market Research • Trends monitoring and Market/Competitive/Customers actionable insights collection.
Customer Strategy Lead the development of the Brand & Functional Plan, coordinating the inputs of all Brand/In-Field Team members, in alignment with the Brand strategic framework defined under the supervision of the Business Unit Manager.
Marketing Mix Optimization Ensure & coordinate the implementation of all activities related to the Functional Plan Provide an innovative and patient-centric mindset and a multi-stakeholders approach to meet strategic Brand objectives.
Effective Engagement Responsible for the Customer engagement digital evolution and the delivery of Advanced Customer Experiences Coordinate the execution of the In-Field team excellence main processes and ensure the understanding of their purpose from the Infield team.
Internal & External Stakeholder Alignment Leverage on strong relationships with international and local internal stakeholders Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of the external stakeholders' needs and behaviors through effective presence on the field and robust connection with In-Field Team.
Main Stakeholders External: Patients, Health Care Professionals, Key Opinion Leaders, agencies (MR, PR, digital) Internal: In-field teams, Brand Team, Brand Team Leader, Area Commercial, Affiliate Management Team Qualifications Skills and Experience: • Degree level education (or equivalent), preferably Life Sciences or Economics • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience with proven track record of success within Biotech/Pharma • Strategic Thinking mindset • Leadership; Coaching • Solid working knowledge of healthcare environment • Project Management skills • Local and international mobility • English language proficiency verbally and in writing Preferred • People manager experience • In-field Experience • knowledge within specialized therapeutic area • Product launch management support Additional Information AbbVie is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to operating with integrity, driving innovation, transforming lives, serving our community and embracing diversity and inclusion.
