Senior Brand Manager Leffe (Italy) As the Senior Brand Manager for Leffe Italy, you will be responsible for developing and executing the brand strategy for one of the most iconic beer brands in the world.
As a "Brand CEO", you will lead the effort in building, developing, and implementing the brand strategy and marketing plans across Italy, then analyzing the performance and managing efficiently the marketing budget.
You will need to engage external stakeholders such as agencies, suppliers, and clients, and lead a strong internal collaboration with sales, trade marketing, supply, logistics.
Your objectives will be to ensure that Leffe continues to grow its market share and brand equity.
This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for brand building and business growth.

Key responsibilities: Brand Strategy: Develop and implement the brand strategy for Leffe in Italy, aligning with global brand guidelines and local market needs. Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute 360-degree marketing campaigns, including TV, digital, OOH, DOOH, influence. Innovation: Drive innovation by identifying new product opportunities and leading the development and launch of new products. Brand Partnerships: Establish and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and media partners. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives. Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management. Budget Management: Manage the brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. What we are looking for: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA is a plus. Experience: 3-4 years of proven experience in brand management.
FMCG is a plus. Skills: Strong analytical skills, project management, collaboration, creative thinking, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Languages: Fluency in Italian and English. Passion: A genuine passion for beer and a deep understanding of the Leffe brand heritage. What you can expect from us:
