Proclinical is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Brand Manager.

The successful candidate will be required to participate in the definition of the strategy of key brands and ensure their execution.

This role will be responsible for designing innovative strategies, deploying the brand narrative and supporting cross-functional teams to cement the brands as market leaders in their category.

This position reports directly to the Head of Marketing Italy. The Role and Responsibilities:Develop comprehensive brand strategies and tactical plansLead cross-functional teams to execute marketing initiatives and product launchesAnalyse market trends, competitive landscape, and patients needs to identify growth opportunitiesCreate compelling messaging and content for key stakeholdersManage relationships with key stakeholders and Scientific SocietiesOptimize resource allocation in collaboration with the whole Marketing and OCE teamTrack brand performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet business objectivesEnsure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirementsEnsure trainings to the field forceDevelop forecasts and LRPsSkills and Experience: A degree in a relevant scientific discipline such as Science, Chemistry, Biology or Pharmacy.

MBA is a valued plus. Proven working history in a marketing role within the pharmaceutical industryPrevious sales experience is an assetProven track record of developing successful brand strategies and driving product growthExcellent project management, analytical and communicational skillsExperience leading cross-functional teams and managing external agenciesAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving market conditionsFluency in the local language and English.
