Job Description: Lead specialized business application management activities for a functional area.

Plan, manage, and lead requirements gathering through the application lifecycle, and for key projects/programs to support application change through the application lifecycle.

Leads business testing and business operational support and change management initiatives for integration into BAU processes.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES CUSTOMER Responsible for intake of projects and major initiatives Responsible for the documentation of all business owned artifacts required for projects and major initiatives as defined by the bank's Project Delivery Life Cycle (PDLC) methodology Responsible for business process documentation for all business applications owned/managed Responsible for day-to-day operations process management to ensure consistency and delivery according to established SLA Responsible for all Business Acceptance Test (BAT) documentation required for all projects and major initiatives Work closely with the Test Lead to ensure common testing standards and practices are followed Responsible for the execution of all BAT testing for projects and/or release maintenances Responsible for working with Technology to ensure all business requirements and Data Governance requirements are met Provide support on deployment and change management for initiatives relating to applications owned/managed Review requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback Provide feedback on possible solutions to issues/risks arising throughout the life cycle of a project Identify and escalate risks that could impact project timelines or the quality of deliverables Act as an escalation point for application and operation issues May provide project management support to various extents SHAREHOLDER Act as a decision maker on projects Accountable for adhering to the EPMO project management methodology Ensure adherence to the Data Governance Framework Ensure adherence to guidelines and regulatory requirements Demonstrated ability to build relationships within the team and with key stakeholders Continuously enhance knowledge/expertise in own area Support the development of business cases including benefits identification Support and/or implement solutions that mitigate risk EMPLOYEE / TEAM Participate fully as a member of the team Support the team by continuously enhancing knowledge/expertise Keep current on emerging trends/developments Participate in personal performance management and development activities Keep others informed and up-to-date about the status/progress of projects Contribute to the success of the team by assisting others Act as a brand champion for your business area/function BREADTH & DEPTH Expert level professional role requiring in-depth knowledge/expertise in own domain Integrates the broader organizational context into advice and solutions Subject matter expert within their own area of specialty Expert knowledge of applications supported by the team Expert knowledge of bank's PDLC methodology Expert analytical and problem-solving skills Leads projects of moderately to complex risks and resource requirements Works independently as the senior lead and guides others EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION Undergraduate degree or technical certificate 5+ years of relevant experience Power BI Development (Desktop and Premium Capacity) Data Visualization Development Best Practices Knowledge of other Data Visualization tools (i. e.

Tableau, Qlick, etc. )
