Job Description: Lead specialized business application management activities for a functional area.

Plan, manage, and lead requirements gathering through the application lifecycle, and for key projects/programs to support application change through the application lifecycle.

Leads business testing and business operational support and change management initiatives for integration into BAU processes.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES CUSTOMER Responsible for intake of projects and major initiativesResponsible for the documentation of all business owned artifacts required for projects and major initiatives as defined by the bank's Project Delivery Life Cycle (PDLC) methodologyResponsible for business process documentation for all business applications owned/managedResponsible for day-to-day operations process management to ensure consistency and delivery according to established SLAResponsible for all Business Acceptance Test (BAT) documentation required for all projects and major initiativesWork closely with the Test Lead to ensure common testing standards and practices are followedResponsible for the execution of all BAT testing for projects and/or release maintenancesResponsible for working with Technology to ensure all business requirements and Data Governance requirements are metProvide support on deployment and change management for initiatives relating to applications owned/managedReview requirements specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedbackProvide feedback on possible solutions to issues/risks arising throughout the life cycle of a projectIdentify and escalate risks that could impact project timelines or the quality of deliverablesAct as an escalation point for application and operation issuesMay provide project management support to various extentsSHAREHOLDER Act as a decision maker on projectsAccountable for adhering to the EPMO project management methodologyEnsure adherence to the Data Governance FrameworkEnsure adherence to guidelines and regulatory requirementsDemonstrated ability to build relationships within the team and with key stakeholdersContinuously enhance knowledge/expertise in own areaSupport the development of business cases including benefits identificationSupport and/or implement solutions that mitigate riskEMPLOYEE / TEAM Participate fully as a member of the teamSupport the team by continuously enhancing knowledge/expertiseKeep current on emerging trends/developmentsParticipate in personal performance management and development activitiesKeep others informed and up-to-date about the status/progress of projectsContribute to the success of the team by assisting othersAct as a brand champion for your business area/functionBREADTH & DEPTH Expert level professional role requiring in-depth knowledge/expertise in own domainIntegrates the broader organizational context into advice and solutionsSubject matter expert within their own area of specialtyExpert knowledge of applications supported by the teamExpert knowledge of bank's PDLC methodologyExpert analytical and problem-solving skillsLeads projects of moderately to complex risks and resource requirementsWorks independently as the senior lead and guides othersEXPERIENCE & EDUCATION Undergraduate degree or technical certificate5+ years of relevant experiencePower BI Development (Desktop and Premium Capacity)Data Visualization Development Best PracticesKnowledge of other Data Visualization tools (i. e.
