Role & Team As a Senior Business Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial performance control and reporting for all of Joivy's residential operations. You will work closely with the management team to monitor business performance, optimize cost management, and contribute to the company's strategic growth. Your role will involve analyzing and improving the company's financial processes to ensure alignment with the group's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities Preparation with the team of budget and forecastPreparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts and support financial statementsPrepare detailed financial reports for management, offering strategic insights to support decision-makingSupport the management team in evaluating and managing real estate investments and in strategic planningMonitor and analyze business performance, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and profitabilityPerform variance analysis between budgeted and actual results, suggesting corrective actions when necessaryManage and optimize cash flowsSupervise internal audit activities and provide support during external auditsImplement and optimize financial management control and reporting processes across all company locationsRequirements Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fieldsAt least 4 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in structured corporate environments or consulting firmsSolid experience in financial data analysis, budgeting, management control, and reportingAdvanced proficiency in using Microsoft Office, particularly MS ExcelExcellent analytical skills and strong attention to detailFluent in English, both written and spoken (if possible)What you'll find in Joivy Hybrid working policy.
