ChargeGuru is growing within Europe, driven by unique ability to provide solutions in Condominiums, Homes, Workplace and Destination Charging.

We want to be the European Leader for both the Consumer and Business market and that is why we are developing innovative solutions also for EV charging in condominiums , including individuals in common garages and companies in shared buildings.

To lead our international expansion, we are looking for a Business Developer based in Milano to grow our presence in the key market of multi-family buildings with an innovative proposal.

Responsibilities : Build a professional and trustful relations with Property Managers ( Amministratori di Condominio ) of the assigned areas Actively manage the complete selling process: presenting the charging solution to Property Managers and Condominium, support the discussions before/after the General Assembly, get the contracts signed by the Condominium representative.

Cooperate with the engineering team to deploy the first projects Contribute to the development of the business, scouting new opportunities, identifying and taking part to relevant trade fairs and events Qualifications Local language speaker Previous experience with condominiums , residential and commercial.

Proven business experience with building managers (" amministratore di condominio ") Familiar with sales management Proven track record in launch of new businesses Ideally, up to 5 years experience Superpowers Motivation to grow and succeed in a startup environment  Highly organized, self-starter and self-motivator with an attention to details
