We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven team player to join as the Senior BusinessDeveloper for the The company Freight Partners AFP team, which owns the recruitment of new partners to help us build the generation of transportation businesses.

This person will drive and continuously optimize the recruitment process end-to-end, making sure the program recruits the highest quality partners.

Analyze, develop, and improve the recruitment process at stages, from partner pitch calls to final interviews and debriefs with regional specificities for UK|CEU.

Provide high quality reports to leaders on recruitment pipeline health using Salesforce, Tableau, and|or other data platforms.
