Senior Business Development Manager - Quantum Software / AISenior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) - Quantum Software / AIWe are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) to join our client, a well-funded and fast-growing deep-tech company founded in 2019.
Our client provides hyper-efficient software to companies seeking to gain an edge with quantum computing and artificial intelligence.
Our main products, Singularity and CompactifAI, address critical needs across various industries. Requirements:Proven track record of sourcing and closing six and seven-figure new logo deals within a given territory. Experience leading new sales generation, developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets. Strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design skills and projects. Experience analyzing sales performance data and implementing strategies for improvement. Education: M. Sc. /degree in sciences, engineering or similar. 10+ years of business development experience in selling engineering/technology applications with a proven track record of success, exceeding required sales quota. Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work independently and with other functional teams (DEV, Marketing, PM, etc.
). Ability to foster collaboration coordination with personnel distributed across multiple global sites. Aptitude for problem-solving; ability to determine appropriate solutions for customers. What we look for:Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor analysis. Collaborating with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and customer needs. Creating and leading advanced solution presentations to match identified customer needs using the company's products services. Coordinating and organizing technical support for demos, PoCs, support of evaluation, training, etc. Working with team members to develop clear and effective written proposals, quotations, and value propositions for current and prospective customers.
