We are currently looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist Senior (m/f/d)to work on-site from our office in Gdansk, Poland.

Overview of tasks: Produce and deliver tracking and reporting for key KPI's and SLA's in the business

Understand business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for improvement or optimization through the use of data analytics

Collect, analyze and interpret large datasets to develop actionable business insights and recommendations

Maintain business intelligence platforms and tools

Build reports and tools inside the database environment

Conduct troubleshooting on complex business intelligence models

Evaluate and improve existing business intelligence models leveraging industry best practices

We are looking for: 4+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Science or related field; MBA is desirable

Expertise in data modeling, database technologies (SQL, Google Bigquery etc. ), and usage of business intelligence technologies (Tableau, Power BI, Sisense, Looker, Sisense etc. ) and tools

Profound knowledge of MS Excel, Power Query and SQL

Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data mining and statistical analysis

Strong understanding of business processes and objectives to align business intelligence to strategic goals

Expert ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends and patterns and derive actionable insights

Ability to explain complex concepts to non technical stakeholders

Ability to solve complex problems; to takes a new perspective on existing solutions; to exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information

Fluency and excellent communication skills in English
