Join our passionate team and help shape the future of the industry Role Summary We are looking for a strategic and experienced Senior Buyer to join our team and take our procurement function to the next level. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless supply of high-quality materials and services, optimizing costs, and fostering strong supplier relationships. Your efforts will directly contribute to our success and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities Strategic Procurement: Source and purchase goods, materials, and services aligned with operational and strategic goals. Identify and onboard new suppliers to enhance competitiveness. Benchmark supplier pricing to challenge increases and achieve cost reductions. Negotiation & Contract Management: Negotiate improved pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers using advanced procurement tools. Prepare and manage contracts to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Supplier Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with designated suppliers and evaluate performance. Resolve supplier non-conformances through root-cause analysis and collaborative problem-solving. Market Analysis & Reporting: Monitor market trends and gather raw material price data to provide actionable insights. Generate and present procurement reports for informed decision-making. Collaboration & Innovation: Work with Technical and Production teams to deliver new products and secure alternative sourcing. Collaborate across departments to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement initiatives. Inventory Management: Ensure stock levels meet production needs with a Just-In-Time (JIT) approach where feasible. Minimize non-chargeable costs through effective material and service procurement. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate procurement records, including TDS, MSDS, and raw material samples. Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, and quality standards. Qualifications & Skills Essential: Fluent in English and Italian. 5 years of procurement or purchasing experience. Expertise in negotiation, cost control, and supplier management. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Why Join Us?
