About the role: As a Senior Buyer E-Commerce Farmacia (m/f/d) in the procurement of pharmaceutical products, you will play a key role in our buying process, ensuring the highest quality and availability of our assortment for our Italian market at the Settala location near Milan. Job Description

About your tasks: You develop and implement effective procurement strategies for purchasing pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical products from manufacturers You successfully establish sustainable and profitable business relationships with our business partners and suppliers for Italy, negotiating advantageous terms and cost savings, and selling offered services in collaboration with the headquarter You review existing supply contracts, conduct risk management, and ensure quality and availability You develop, track, and report key procurement metrics, expense reduction, and efficiency improvement. You analyse data to anticipate changes in negotiation dynamics with suppliers, customers, or in the market and develop proactive control strategies, particularly for adverse events You continuously implement and improve supplier management processes with the headquarter and closely collaborate with the total Procurement Team, exchanging best practices, and supporting colleagues in other regions Qualifications

About you: You have demonstrated experience in strategic procurement, preferably in the pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical or e-commerce sector It would be advantageous if you already have solid knowledge and manufacturer relationships in the Italian pharmaceutical market Your working style is structured, analytical, precise, and independent You possess excellent communication skills, with a proven track record of negotiation skills and assertiveness. You feel comfortable communicating in Italian as well as in English Additional Information
