We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Senior Buyer to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing the procurement and sourcing of materials and components.

Working closely with various departments and external suppliers, the Senior Buyer will oversee the planning, sourcing, and purchasing processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of high-quality products for our global operations.

Key Responsibilities: Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality materials and components for automation machinery production. Collaborate with internal departments (e. g. , production, engineering, and logistics) to forecast demand and ensure material availability aligns with production schedules. Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy in specifications, delivery timelines, and pricing. Maintain relationships with existing suppliers while seeking opportunities to onboard new suppliers that meet company requirements. Track order status, resolve any supply chain issues, and ensure timely delivery of materials to prevent production delays. Monitor supplier performance, ensuring quality standards, delivery deadlines, and cost targets are consistently met. Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative sourcing strategies. Qualifications: Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or a related field, preferably in manufacturing or automation machinery. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build relationships with suppliers. Knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management. Familiarity with procurement software or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure to meet deadlines. A degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred, but not required. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Speaking and writing in English is a MUST.
