The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in CAD design, finite element analysis (FEA), and a strong background in aerospace applications.

This role involves designing, analyzing, and optimizing components and systems for our state-of-the-art UAVs. Key ResponsibilitiesCAD Design: Develop detailed 3D models and technical drawings for UAV components and systems using SolidWorks and CATIA V5 software suites. Finite Element Analysis: Perform finite element analysis (FEA) to evaluate and optimize the structural performance of components and assemblies. Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with mechanical engineers, software developers, and other team members to ensure design specifications and performance criteria are met. Prototype Development: Contribute to the development of prototypes and support the transition from design to manufacturing. Design Optimization: Identify opportunities for weight reduction, cost savings, and performance improvements through advanced simulation and analysis techniques. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports detailing analysis results, design modifications, and recommendations for improvements. QualificationsEducational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in CAD design with proficiency in SolidWorks and CATIA V5, and finite element analysis using software like ANSYS or Abaqus. Aerospace Knowledge: Strong understanding of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards. Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Communication and Documentation: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create clear technical documentation. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in design and analysis tasks.
