We are looking for a great Senior Campaign Manager to join our team.
Base Location: Milan (On-site) Responsibilities: Develop and lead the strategic planning of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels including TV, DOOH and OOH, digital, social media, PR, events and more directly reporting Marketing and Retail Director Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Retail, GTM and Sales) to ensure cohesive messaging and alignment with overall brand objectives.
Manage the end-to-end execution of campaigns, ensuring all elements are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors and partners as needed to support campaign execution.
Oversee the creation of all campaign materials, including creative briefs, content, and assets.
Monitor KPIs for each campaign and continuously monitor performance against objectives.
Analyse campaign results to identify trends and insights and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
Prepare detailed post-campaign reports highlighting successes, areas for improvement, and key learnings.
Manage the budget for integrated marketing campaigns, ensure efficient allocation of resources and cost-effectiveness.
Provide accurate forecasting and reporting on campaign expenditures.
Regularly update senior management and other key stakeholders on campaign progress, challenges, and successes.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for campaigns.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3-5 years in a senior campaign management role focusing on integrated marketing communications.
Strategic expertise: A deep understanding and proven experience of developing and deploying pan-market activations across multiple platforms to deliver brand and business results.
Strong interpersonal skills: A track record of collaborating and influencing stakeholders across an organisation, to express complex ideas clearly and to achieve consensus.
Strong strategic thinking and problem solving abilities.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
A sense of ownership and a strong business mindset, focused on what is needed to drive impact and commercial results.
Self-motivated and able to tackle challenging situations with grace.
Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
Fluent in English – knowledge of other European languages is a plus.
