Role Summary The Senior Care Training Coordinator provides planning, coordination, and management of in-service education for facility employees.

This role also takes on the responsibility of Infection Prevention/Control Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities Design and implement in-service education programs to meet the educational needs of employees.

Assess learning needs and develop training plans based on quality assurance data and regulatory guidelines.

Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure effective communication and adherence to facility policies and procedures.

Requirements Current unrestricted license to practice as a Registered Nurse.

Experience in long-term care or geriatric nursing is preferred.

Background/training in infection control is preferred.
