Senior Change Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Change Manager to lead and drive transformation across multiple technologies within our organization. This role requires deep expertise in change management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to implement strategies that ensure smooth adoption of new systems, processes, and tools. The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders, technology teams, and end-users to minimize resistance, enhance user experience, and maximize return on investment from technology transformations. Key Responsibilities: Change Strategy & Execution Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy for multiple technology implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Lead impact assessments to evaluate the effect of technological changes on business operations, employees, and stakeholders. Design and implement structured change management frameworks (e. g. , ADKAR, 8-Step Change Model, PROSCI) to ensure smooth transitions. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Partner with senior leadership, IT, and business teams to drive change initiatives and secure executive sponsorship. Develop and deliver targeted communication plans, ensuring stakeholders at all levels are informed and engaged. Facilitate workshops and town halls to encourage adoption and mitigate resistance. Training & User Adoption Ensure training programs are executed to equip users with the necessary skills for new technologies. Ensure self-service knowledge bases, FAQs, and digital learning materials for continued user support are made available by either the business function or the IT project managers. Monitor and evaluate user adoption metrics, providing recommendations for improvement. Governance & Risk Mitigation Identify potential risks and resistance points, developing proactive mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and IT governance. Define and track KPIs to measure change success, ensuring continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience: Master's degree in Business, Technology, Change Management, or related field. 8 years of experience in change management, preferably in a multi-technology environment. Proven experience with enterprise technology transformations (e. g. , ERP, Cloud, AI, Digital Platforms, Cybersecurity). Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e. g. , PROSCI, ADKAR, ITIL, Agile Change). Experience leading large-scale change initiatives with cross-functional teams. Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data-driven insights to drive change initiatives. Preferred Skills: Experience in technology-driven industries (e. g. , IT, Telecommunications, Financial Services, Healthcare). Strong understanding of organizational behavior and psychology in change adoption. Ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations and influence senior stakeholders. J-18808-Ljbffr
