Senior Project Manager – Civil Site Development Location: Columbia, SC We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with a strong understanding of civil site design and experience in water, sewer, and storm drainage infrastructure projects. This role requires excellent communication skills and involves regular interaction with clients. Typical Duties Managing one or multiple projects for multiple clients. Proposal preparation and fee development. Client, job site, and consultant visits. Monitoring project scope, schedules, and budget. Managing engineering work and interfacing with other disciplines. Creating project scope of work. Communicating and coordinating efforts. Supervising engineers and technicians. Tracking projects using project management software. Minimum Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. Registered Professional Engineer (PE) required. Skills: 12 years of experience in design of public and private projects. Experience managing complex engineering projects. Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor in a team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Working experience with AutoCAD, preferably Civil 3D. Business development skills. Strong leadership qualities. Understanding of business financial information.
