We're looking for a collaborative senior client manager with a love of creativity, strong business know-how, and a natural ability to understand what clients need.
You are
A great collaborator and team player, who knows how to get the best out of peopleA structured and clear thinker, able to assess work against agreed criteriaGood at simplifying complex tasks into actionable stepsUsed to building meaningful relationships with clientsProfessional experience of 4-5 years in client management, new business, business development or similar in an agency or consultancy environmentDeep understanding of business and entrepreneurial topicsHigh customer orientationExcellent communication and presentation skills, verbal and writtenFast thinker with quick comprehension and conceptual skillsFluent in English and Italian
You will
Build, nurture, and grow our client relationshipsSteer long-term growth with clientsAct as the gatekeeper for client-agency interactions, providing clear and appropriate lines of communication, and managing expectationsHelp the internal team meet deadlines, stay on brief and on budget; structuring, guiding, and aligning local pitch teamsSpecifying local requirements for global initiativesPlanning, developing and implementing New Business initiatives in alignment with overarching growth strategyTranslating global initiatives into the needs and specialties of the local marketStrategic evaluation and processing of customer inquiriesExchange with and report to managementConceptual development and continuous improvement of the new business approach and toolsCoordination of multifunctional teams to execute new business processesConceptualizing offers to meet the central need of the clientManage project scoping and planning, briefing, resourcing, forecasting, and invoicingTake responsibility for project billing each month, alongside finance
