Together we have the goal: to make dairy farming interesting for the next generation. Job DescriptionDo you ensure that the sales advisors of our Lely Centers (points of sale) excel by having all the necessary product knowledge and tools?

Are you capable of successfully marketing (new) Lely products while considering all regional market developments, needs of the cows, and the needs of dairy farmers?

Then we are looking for you!What will you do? As a Senior Milking Commercial Product Specialist, you will be part of the Business Team Milking, a cross-functional team responsible for turning our milking proposition into success in the market.

You will be the commercial sparring partner for the Lely Centers in your areas of responsibility (Bulgaria, Croatia, Romania, Serbia, Slovenia, Turkey) in South-East Europe & Turkey.

You will provide them with the right knowledge and tools to increase sales and customer satisfaction of our milking portfolio (Lely Astronaut) and achieve joint targets.

This means you will be the first point of contact for all commercial product-related questions from the Lely team and the Lely Centers concerning your product group. Responsibilities:Steer sales budget through CRM. Develop, organize, and deliver product training to ensure Lely Centers' sales advisors have all the knowledge and skills needed to provide the best possible advice to customers. Work in close cooperation with the marketing department to initiate and stimulate the development of marketing events together with the Lely Centers. When new products and updates are introduced, you will figure out the best way to launch them in your regional market area of responsibilities (South-East Europe & Turkey).

You will monitor the results of all campaigns and actions using data systems. As the link between the Lely Centers and Lely headquarters, you will bring practical experiences back to Lely International.

You ensure that all departments receive the necessary information to further improve Lely's products and services. QualificationsYou are currently working in (or aspiring to) a commercial role in the agricultural sector and are looking to transition to a sales support role.

You enjoy commercial training and increasing the knowledge level of sales advisors to achieve the desired results.

This means you have an eye for commercial opportunities in the market, stand your ground, and naturally possess a certain level of persuasiveness. Additionally, you have:A completed higher professional or university education. Knowledge of dairy farming specifically in your area of responsibility, particularly animal nutrition. Good presentation skills and/or experience in delivering training. Strong communication skills in English and are willing to travel within South-East Europe & Turkey.
