Construction Senior EngineerActivity and Main Responsibilities:The CONSTRUCTION SENIOR ENGINEER is typically assigned to the project and relocated inside the Project Team for the execution of both Home Office and Site construction activities; he is mainly responsible for the following: - to support the Construction Manager (CSM) for the execution of all his duties and in particular for the preparation of all deliverables required at the various phases of Home Office Construction activities for a given Project; - to support the CSM at site in managing and coordinating the construction subcontractors along with the relevant field activities (worldwide); - to provide the daily physical link between the CSM and the various Project Team positions and Engineering departments in order that the latter develop and produce the various deliverables in time and complete with all data specific of the Project, relevant construction execution requirements and environmental conditions; - upon indication of the CSM and in coordination with the Subcontracting section, for the technical aspects, to support the preparation of the Bid Inquiry packages for the potential construction bidders and obtains the relevant technical qualifications; - during the bidding phase, in coordination with the Subcontracting section to follow up the Bid Inquiries and relevant technical answers by keeping record of the relevant bid bulletins; - to prepare the technical Bid tabulations, and, upon analysis carried out by the CSM and the Subcontracting team, prepares the technical recommendation for final negotiations/award; - to prepare and manage the WR (Working Requisitions); - to prepare the Site Operating Conditions; - to support the application and the implementation of the AWP (Advanced Work Packaging) methodology; - upon indication of the CSM to prepare the Construction Execution Plan (CEP) and the Constructability studies; - to contribute to the definition and design of Temporary Construction Facilities (TCF) and Camp if applicable; - upon indication of the CSM to prepare the Project Construction deliverables list; - to supports HSE, Quality and Project planning for all activities related to the Construction deliverables. Some essential components that should be part of a CEN's background:1.

Educational Foundation: - Graduated in Engineering, preferably Mechanical, Civil, Energy, Chemical.

Seniority: - 5 yearsexperience in the same role, preferably in a similar business (direct experience on site is required).

3.

Technical skills: - Good knowledge of spoken and written English and Italian.

- Good Knowledge of OFFICE (i. e.

power point, excel, word).

- Nice to have a good knowledge of AUTOCAD software.

Soft Skills: - Availability to international mobility for either short- or long-term assignment - Attitude to perform the work in team, in an international and multi-cultural environment.

- 'Achieve the goal" approach.

- Familiarity in organization and coordination mattersThe CONSTRUCTION SENIOR ENGINEER reports hierarchically to the Construction Engineering Group Leader and functionally to the CSM for the specific Project activities development.
