IMS Srl, an engineering consulting company, is seeking a Senior Construction Manager, for a major partner company operating in the Oil & Gas sector, with a strong background in managing large-scale civil infrastructure projects in remote locations. Key Responsibilities of Senior Construction Manager:Oversee the execution of civil construction activities, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Supervise and coordinate teams, including Site Managers, Superintendents, and Supervisors. Implement project schedules and methods, optimizing performance and overcoming operational challenges. Maintain high standards of professionalism and safety in a demanding environment. Requirements of Senior Construction Manager:Proven track record in managing civil construction projects valued between 100-500 million USD. Expertise in batching plants, concrete production, and related infrastructure. Ability to work effectively in remote locations under challenging conditions. Proficiency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Portuguese and Italian is a plus. Familiarity with construction management software, such as Primavera. Contract Details:Rotational work schedule: 60 days on-site, 15 days off. Working hours: 12 hours per day, 6 days per week. Collaboration contract, freelance agreement, or Co. Co. Co.
