The ClientDatacenter People is working with an award-winning, industry leader in building, owning, and operating data centers.

What the Job Involves. . . Coordinate with the regional Sr. Director on communications with various contractors and vendors in order to manage the day-to-day activities of a construction project. Organize Project Plans to include, budget, scheduling, timeline, etc Assists with RFPs to Contractors. Organize and control the project documentation from initial RFP to Closeout to insure uniformity and adherence to company standards. Manage financial aspects of contracts to protect the company's interest and simultaneously maintain good relationship with the clientRepresent the company in project meetingsAct as key Liaison with managers of all company departments. We're Looking for Someone Who. . . 10+ years experience managing construction projects as an owner representative or working for a general contractor. Exceptional organization skillsClient Facing /Client relationship / Client Management skills. Must be familiar with the design process of building systems for data center and mission critical projects. Effective Communicator – emails, phone and face to face.
