We are looking for an experienced consultant (M/F/d) in the field of healthcare for one of our locations in Cologne, Berlin, Hamburg or Frankfurt as soon as possible. A Senior Consultant Healthcare is an indispensable partner, inspired team member and informed operator who is knowledgeable of the healthcare sector, skilled in omni-channel communications solutions and experienced in bringing a wide range of capabilities to bear for impactful client service. As a part of the health team in Germany, the Senior Consultant will undertake key departmental responsibilities and work in a global environment with team members from all practices in Germany and other markets.

Deine Aufgaben:

Driving key global projects for our international business (project lead), owningrelationship with the clients and being the face to the clientImplementation ofprojectplansand managing all facets, including project planning, timelines, briefing team, developing/reviewing relevant content.

Financial management for accounts, including development of accurate project budgets, SOW creation, etc.

Partneringwith finance to track and monitor project financials (e. g. , budget vs. actual) and meets client revenue targetsMentoring, coachingand supportingjunior team and ensures staff are developingtheir skillset Oversight and coordination with Creative and Studio teams on development of campaign assets and ad hoc projects Client facing resource, comfortable providing updates to clients and absorbing feedback/guidance Proactive, problem-solver who embraces diverse trends, skills, specialties, and viewpointsSolicits counsel of Brand lead when needed and appropriately Dein Profil:
