Specifically, by joining the Sustainability & Climate Change team in Milan, you will help companies transform risks into opportunities for the improvement of their organization and evolution of their governance systems, gaining a competitive edge and offering integrated solutions and innovative approaches for strategic risk management.

Specifically, you will be involved in:

Definition of strategies and strategic sustainability and shared value plans; Development of governance and organizational models to support the corporate transformation process; Sustainability risk identification and assessment (ESG risks); Sustainability reporting systems: preparing sustainability reports / integrated reporting, defining specific reporting (e. g. , TCFD framework) and filling out sustainability questionnaires (from investors and customers); Development of circular economy and LCA initiatives; Preparation of decarbonization strategies ("transition plan") and carbon inventory; Definition of scenario analyses on climate change through the use of tools / research about internationally-recognized scenarios (e. g. , IPCC, etc.

); You will be involved in national and international projects alongside highly qualified professionals and will work closely with our clients in the Consumer and Industrial Markets sector.

Came As You Are - Your Skills and CharacteristicsThis opportunity is perfect for you if:

You have extensive knowledge of the main sustainability and/or climate change topics, with at least two years of specific experience (in one or more of the above areas) within consulting companies, ESG rating agencies, or industrial/financial companies spearheading sustainability; You have extensive knowledge of the main guidelines for the preparation of sustainability reports, international standards, and sustainability operating models, definition of economic, social, and environmental measurement models; You have excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad; You have an aptitude for innovation and the development of new services and markets; You have the ability to coordinate work teams, manage projects, and organize work independently; You have high-quality standards and a focus on professional excellence; You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
