Senior Content Strategist

Publicis Sapient is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Content Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in content creation, management, and optimization. This role requires a deep understanding of audience engagement and the ability to drive brand messaging across multiple platforms. The Senior Content Strategist will also need to excel in extracting value from data, integrating data into strategic thinking, and ensuring that content strategy contributes to tangible business impact.
Our ideal candidate is someone who can develop strategic plans that integrate new technologies natively into their approach, design strategies that incorporate AI, and leverage channel orchestration and social listening tools to enhance their methods.
The selected candidate will be working in a dynamic environment shaping new strategies for premium global brands, alongside brilliant colleagues who are experts in content design, digital innovation, and technology. This position offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with a diverse team and drive innovative solutions for some of the world's leading companies.
The main working languages are Italian and English.
Previous working experience in this role abroad will be an advantage. Expertise in the Automotive, Sports, or Entertainment sectors is a plus.
Responsibilities
Lead content audits and gap analyses to identify areas for improvement and growth. Translate data insights into strategic content initiatives that drive business impact. Utilize data and analytics to measure content performance and make data-driven decisions. Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with our business goals and brand identity. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and product, to produce effective, engaging and relevant content. Autonomously manage client requests, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and delivering exceptional results. Support new business initiatives and participate in pitching processes to prospective clients. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to keep our content strategy innovative and competitive. Mentor and guide junior content team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in content strategy, content marketing, or a related role. Experience in autonomously managing client requests and supporting new business and pitching processes. Demonstrated ability to extract value from data and integrate it into strategic thinking. Fluent in Italian and English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ideal candidates will also bring expertise in the Automotive, Sports, or Entertainment sectors and have had working experience abroad in a similar position. Additional Information
