The successful candidate will play a pivotal role within the Asset & Wealth Management Business Unit, overseeing critical financial processes, performance monitoring, and strategic investment evaluations. He/she will be responsible for the following tasks: Lead the budget and forecasting processes, developing and implementing new reports and tools to meet business and stakeholder needs; Monitor company performance using operational KPIs, identifying potential risks and opportunities; Present performance results and insights to C-Level executives, highlighting any deviations from forecast models; Provide support in assessing corporate investments and new transformation projects, ensuring strategic alignment and value creation. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Engineering or related fields; Over 10 years of experience in the financial sector, preferably in asset management with a focus on corporate finance and/or planning and control; Excellent analytical skills and sense of business; Expertise in VBA and Microsoft Excel; Proven ability to manage multiple commitments and meet deadlines; Excellent communication and relational skills, with a team-oriented approach and a strong focus on achieving results; J-18808-Ljbffr
